Weyu Hodge, with a decade of global experience, specializes in inclusive hiring, team cohesion, and leadership training. She worked across nine countries in Latin America, Africa, and Asia, starting her career in international development. Her passion for DEIAB emerged from observing the lack of cross-cultural training, resulting in unequal dynamics between local teams and expatriate managers. This led her to focus on organization development, holding roles like Senior Learning and Development Program Manager and DEIAB facilitator at ReadySet. She is the founder of Brain Cultured Learning, which addresses cultural gaps in DEIAB training, emphasizing the importance of cultural awareness and diversity for positive workplace outcomes.
